Message from Devs

Some players saw the event preview and thought that the Snow Leopard pet would be given out for free. We understand the confusion — let us clarify.

The in-game message shows a highlight of the most exciting rewards in the event: some are free, some can be earned by progressing through the event, some available only with the Golden Pass and and some (like the Snow Leopard) can be purchased. This is not a list of free rewards or everything included with a purchase. It's a preview to help players decide if they’re interested in joining the event.

Below is the original event message, now with explanations in brackets to help you better understand what was meant:

During the event, you will have the opportunity to receive(this is true):

- 50 Sunrunes and themed decor for achievements

(Available as free reward for reaching certain achievement goal during the event)

- a unique temporary worker for 21 days

(Available by progressing through the event)

- many themed decorations in seasonal passes

(These are part of the Golden Pass, which is a paid feature)

- a decor as a reward for completing quests at certain objects

(Earned for free by playing the event and completing specific tasks)

- A snow leopard as a new pet

(This pet is only available after purchasing the special offer)

- new outfits for your avatar and the villagers

(Some are free, others can be part of the Golden Pass)

- a large number of other useful resources for your settlement

(Earned throughout the event in different ways – some free, some via the Pass)

💬 Our official response:

1️⃣ While we understand how much everyone wants this adorable pet, we want to clarify that the rewards shown in the preview are not all free. It’s a showcase of what the event offers - to help you decide if it's worth playing.

2️⃣ We understand there was a lot of attention around the Snow Leopard and we’re sorry it looked like it might be free. We'll try to present this kind of information more clearly in the future - it’s just so hard to stay quiet when we have such cute pets!

3️⃣ Paid content is always optional, and we’re deeply thankful to everyone who chooses to support the game through purchases. You help keep the game alive and growing.

We value all our players - whether you spend in the game or not. And good news: in future events this year, more pets will be available by progressing through the event. We can't promise all content will be free, but we’re doing our best to offer something for everyone.
